1. Introduce yourself.

Kristel is my name. I was born in The Netherlands and raised there. I've always been interested in self-development and ways to improve my lifestyle. I enjoy being creative and active. My YouTube channel, "Kasumikriss", is where I share the majority of my life experiences. Presently sharing my switch from a vegetarian lifestyle to a meat-eating lifestyle.

2) What did you eat prior to Carnivore?

I was vegan for four years before becoming a carnivore. I tried several vegan diets and avoided processed foods. Before my vegan diet, I tried to avoid junk food but I ate it more frequently.

Why did you first try Carnivore?

My health drastically declined after being vegan for four years. I was desperate. I was so desperate. You could say I'm brainwashed. The doctor was not helpful, and I didn't know who to turn to for help. I'd tried so many different things.

I heard about the carnivore eating style in a popular podcast. After that, I began to read more and listen to more about the carnivore diet. During this time, I also learned about the negative side effects of a vegetarian diet. I had never thought much about them before. One day, everything clicked and I found myself eating a grass-fed butter and an egg. It was amazing how much better I felt! Slowly, I added more meat, fish and dairy products to my diet. Many mental and physical problems disappeared. I went fully carnivore.

4) What is your personal approach to the Carnivore Diet?

I only eat animal products. When I eat a lot of beef, I notice that I feel better. I try to eat as much of it raw as possible. For example, I only eat raw dairy.

5) Tell us about the benefits you have seen since beginning your Carnivore Diet.

Reduced anxiety, depression and sadness. Motivation, energy, and happiness increase. My hair is growing again, and it's not getting damaged as quickly. Both my hair and skin have been moisturized. My hair and skin were both dry and brittle as a vegan. My acne was always a problem, but it has improved a great deal. My nails are stronger and harder. I also have more color on my face. I think clearer and better. No more bloating or pains. My digestive system works better. I have experienced so many benefits. I really needed animal protein.

6) Have you noticed any negative effects of the Carnivore Diet?

After a few days, I started feeling better. No negative effects occur when I adjust my diet to suit me. I feel more energetic when I reduce dairy.

7) How do you exercise when you are on the Carnivore Diet?

I do exercise. I work out at the gym using my bodyweight. My body composition is vastly different now than when I was a vegan. When I was vegan, I used to train with heavy weights but made no progress. My results are amazing! I now train with lighter weights and for shorter periods of time. I gained muscle and lost fat.

8) How would you advise someone who has been considering this diet but is not ready to make the jump?

If you don't give it a try, you'll never know how it feels or what it's like. It is only by trying something that you can know what works best for you. You can then be your own judge. You can still get better, even if you feel fine and think that you're doing well. You may even feel better.

9) Do You Think Carnivore Will Ever Be Accepted As A Mainstream Diet?

There is a lot of plant propaganda in the mainstream media.
