These are my favorite Father’s Day gift ideas for you!
While we are not big on gifts in the Pantry Family, I thought you might love to see some of our favorite things that make great gifts.
Father’s Day Gift Ideas
If you’ve been struggling to find the right gift for your father, husband, brother, grandfather, or beyond, this list of the best Father’s Day gift ideas is the answer.
Best Gifts for Dad
We typically exchange cards and kind words on appreciation holidays because sometimes a hug can be the best gift for Dad, along with some great food, of course!
Best Gifts for Husband
Still, each of the items below are family favorites, and most importantly, are great husband gifts that are loved by Mr. Pantry.
LMNT
Here’s one of the best Father’s Day gift ideas that’s only a few clicks away from arriving at your door!
LMNT electrolytes are my personal favorite and a huge hit around my house.
My boys love gulping down packets of LMNT on hot summer days to replenish themselves after a day in the sun. And Mr. Pantry enjoys LMNT just about every morning after working out.
Whether used to recharge after work, play, or both, LMNT is phenomenal and one of my best Father’s Day gifts!
Looking to gift some amazing electrolytes? Purchase LMNT here.
Massage Gun
Now that our wonderful fathers are hydrated, it’s time to unwind! The Hypervolt GO massage gun, featured above, is the perfect unique gift for so many people in your life.
My family has been using a Hypervolt massage gun for the last few years and can’t get enough of it.
Not just for dad, the boys use our Hypervolt massage gun for loosening up before a run, and I find it perfect for soothing muscle aches and pains after Pilates.
Looking for an awesome, unique gift? Purchase a Hypervolt Go here.
Magic Spoon Cereal
Over here, no day is complete without a tasty treat!
My family absolutely loves Magic Spoon and simply cannot get enough of it.
The high protein content is perfect for my boys’ active lifestyles, and the low carb count makes Magic Spoon a perfect option for Mr. Pantry’s healthy lifestyle.
Want to go with this healthy gift idea? Purchase Magic Spoon here.
Paleo Snacks: Big Fork Pork Sticks
Just in case your favorite father doesn’t go for cereal, Big Fork has you covered with these amazing craft pork sticks.
Big Fork Pork Sticks are like beef jerky, and they’re not only high in protein but also come in some delicious flavors, making them one of the best Fathers Day gifts I’ve found.
When I discovered Big Fork Pork Sticks not too long ago, I barely had a chance to try them. After putting them on my kitchen counter, Mr. Pantry gobbled them up, giving me a taste of just the last one.
Now I know to order the 20 stick pack, especially if my kiddos are around.
Looking to buy a Mr. Pantry favorite and one of the best gifts for men? Purchase Big Fork Pork Sticks here.
Grill Thermometer
If the amazing fathers in your life prefer a useful gift, this game-changing meat thermometer will be a sure hit.
Just about every time Mr. Pantry hops on the grill, he has a meat thermometer by his side. His father gave us this meat thermometer and it’s a keeper.
Our meat thermometer helps make the cooking process easier and leads to perfectly cooked meat, chicken, and fish every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the health benefits of Paleo?
Paleo has many potential health benefits. The Paleo diet focuses on whole foods, not processed. These benefits include:
- Improved digestion: Eating nutrient-dense, fibre-rich foods help to support healthy digestion and regularity.
- Reducing inflammation: You can avoid processed and refined ingredients to reduce inflammation.
- Balanced blood sugar levels: Low-glycemic foods help to balance blood sugar and curb your cravings for sweet snacks.
- Energy boosting: Nutrition-dense foods can boost energy levels and keep your day energized.
- Improved mental clarity: Eating a Paleo diet can help improve cognitive function and focus and reduce the risk of developing neurological disorders.
- Paleo diets can be helpful in weight loss because they are low in calories.
- Improved cardiovascular health: Eating lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables can help to reduce the risk of developing heart disease.
- Reduction in the risk of chronic diseases
What is the 85/15 rule?
Do you feel like your paleo diet isn't quite cutting it? You aren't alone. This is why so many people have adopted 85/15, the rule of paleo--the idea that you should aim for 85 percent clean eating unless your fitness level or your competitions are high.
It doesn't matter if you eat food that doesn't fit the paleo diet guidelines every now and again. The 15 percent accounted for unhealthy indulgence keeps it balanced and satisfying enough that you won't easily fall off track with your healthy lifestyle.
It's all too easy to get side-tracked when embarking on any diet accidentally - but this rule is here to help ensure those slip-ups are just that--slips--and not derailment from your fitness journey. It is for everyone, regardless of whether they are just starting their fitness journey or are already at the peak of their physical conditioning.
While the 85/15 rule may not be part or the traditional paleo guidelines for eating, as long as your commitment is maintained throughout the week, and you eat mostly whole foods, this can help you to be more flexible over time.
The Paleo Diet is for everyone!
Paleo Diet should not be considered for anyone looking to get a quick fix. This eating plan doesn't require drastic lifestyle changes or quick fixes. It might take months for those focused on weight loss to see results finally.
The Paleo Diet also isn't ideal for anyone with any kind of dietary restrictions or food allergies--particularly gluten avoidance, as some grains aren't appropriate choices. Paleolithic recipes can cause people with high protein needs to feel overwhelmed.
People who constantly switch between diets won't see any benefit. The goal is to stick to one routine, even if it involves changing some ingredients. You must be committed to the Paleo Diet. People who are constantly changing their diets should reconsider.
Finally, those who don't have access to natural foods or time to prepare meals daily may miss out on reaping the rewards of this lifestyle as convenience foods are typically not part of this eating plan.
Is peanut butter allowed in the Paleo diet
Debated from blog comments to dinner parties, one of the most curious questions surrounding the Paleo diet is, "Is peanut butter allowed?" Many feel passionate about arguing for and against its inclusion as a healthy snack.
It is important to understand the Paleo diet in order to answer this question. Although there is no definitive guideline on how to eat, many people limit their intake of food that can only be found naturally in the environment. Peanuts are not technically nut but a legume. This means that peanuts, and subsequently peanut butter, are typically considered acceptable to eat on a Paleo program.
However, although there is some scientific evidence showing peanut consumption may be safe on the Paleo diet for a while, there are more important aspects to take into consideration. A high amount of lectins in peanuts has been shown to cause inflammation and disrupt digestion. Some options, like natural peanut butter without added sugar or oil might be suitable for a nutrient profile. However, it is important to avoid other brands that are full of additives.
In the end, it appears that small amounts of peanut butter and peanut butter in moderation can fit within standard guidelines for Paleo living without compromising your health goals and objectives.

How To
How can I tell if the paleo diet works for me?
Do you want to know if the paleo lifestyle is right for your needs? Are you trying to determine if the results of what you are doing is working? It all comes down to measurements and attentiveness.
You can start by measuring your progress using baseline assessments. This will include measurements like body fat inches, weight and cardio levels. These individual metrics can be used to track how your body develops and changes over time.
You should not only measure your body but also take time to assess how you feel emotionally and physically. Notice any changes that occur since the beginning of the diet or after it has been started. It is common for people trying a new diet like the paleo to experience a sudden surge in energy and weight loss. You may not be able to notice subtle changes in your body and get important feedback on whether you should continue with the diet.
Finally, you can get a clear idea of whether something is working for you by talking to trusted professionals such personal trainers, nutritionists, and other health professionals.
