Hello, I'm Nicola Lewis. I am 28 years old and work in an A&E in the UK. I have two cats named Alan and Molly. My journey has seen me lose 105lbs so far with a carnivore and ketogenic lifestyle. I love meat.

What did you eat prior to Carnivore?

Before I became a carnivore, I lived a ketogenic lifestyle between 2018 and November 2020.

Why did you first try Carnivore?

Carnivore is the way I go now because keto was not working for me. I love keto, but carnivore makes me feel better.

What is your personal approach to the Carnivore Diet?

I started my carnivore eating by eating only meat, dairy and eggs.

What are the benefits you have seen since beginning the Carnivore Diet?

Since becoming a carnivore, I've had less bloating and clearer skin. I also have more energy.

What are the negatives of the Carnivore Diet?

There are no negatives that I can think of.

If you exercise, how and when?

I walk a lot because I work in an active environment. I don't go to the gym.

What advice would you offer someone who has been considering this diet but isn't ready to make the jump?

For the first month, I would suggest that you eat only when hungry and stick to the basics.
