Can You Incorporate the Keto Diet to Enhance Your Body’s Natural Cellular Repair Mechanisms?

When you eat a low-carb diet, your body begins to burn fat for fuel instead of glucose. That process is called ketosis and it’s been shown to have health benefits.

The keto diet is high in protein and fat but very low in carbs. You also eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables and low-carb fruits like berries and avocados, along with small amounts of meats and dairy products.
