  • Feel your abdomen contract as you exhale slowly by squeezing your lips.
  • Slow down your breathing and make it rhythmic.

Breathing Exercises 4-7-8 (Relaxing Breath).

  • Inhale slowly through your nose and count to 4.
  • Breathe in for 7 counts.
  • Completely exhale through pursed lip for 8 counts.
  • Continue this cycle several times.

Square Breathing (Box Breathing)

  • Slowly and deeply inhale for 4 counts.
  • Breathe in for 4 counts.
  • Completely exhale for 4 counts.
  • Hold your breath and count again to 4.
  • Repetition of the sequence

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)

  • Sit with your spine straight and comfortably.
  • Inhale by closing your right nostril and using your left nostril.
  • Exhale by closing the left nostril using your ring fingers.
  • Exhale from the left nostril and inhale into the right nostril.
  • Repetition of this cycle

Breath Awareness Mediation

  • Choose a place where you can sit comfortably.
  • Close the eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
  • Notice each inhale or exhale sensation without trying to control it.
