- 1 cup Dandelion Root Coffee
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla stevia
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons homemade roasted pumpkin or roasted squash
Instructions

Bring dandelion, coconut, honey, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan

People who constantly switch between diets won't see any benefit. The goal is to stick to one routine, even if it involves changing some ingredients. You must be committed to the Paleo Diet. People who are constantly changing their diets should reconsider.
Last but not least, those who lack the time or access to natural food may be missing out on the rewards of this lifestyle. Convenience foods are often excluded from this diet plan.
Can I have as much fruit on paleo as I want?
Some may be shocked to find that a paleo diet doesn't include any processed snacks. Instead, it focuses on meals and snacks made up of whole foods our ancestors would have eaten: fruits, vegetables, nuts, and meats.
But how much fruit can you eat? This depends on what your nutritional needs are. You don't have to limit your fruit intake, but a high intake of sugar can lead to weight gain and other health problems.
