Here are some easy and stress-free holiday recipes that you and your family will love.

These can be made ahead of time depending on how many guests you have. Once they are ready, heat them in the oven until they are ready to serve.

This vegan sausage roll's "sausage" is made with seitan meat and raw nuts. It has a great meaty, cheesy texture. Wrapped in soft puff pastry, it adds more depth to the texture and overall feel.

Spaghettikopita is my favorite! They are easy to make and addicting. You will love the crunchy texture of the phyllo sheets and the warm, creamy, and cheesy filling. It also includes brown rice syrup to replace corn syrup and coconut sugar to replace regular refined sugar. Flax meal can be substituted for eggs. To top it all, I highly recommend vegan whipped cream.
