This restaurant has stole my heart for ever. Growing up, I had such happy memories of going to Pizza Hut once a month with my mother, my grandmother, and sister. We would eat a lot of pepperoni, drink Pepsi from huge red cups, and (my favorite) eat a salad on small plates with spoonfuls and sunflower seeds.
My youngest son, when I was older and had my own family and loved Pizza Hut just as much as me, would always request Pizza Hut on his birthday. The dairy cheese and the pepperoni I was eating at that time were causing me to be ill and animals suffering.
Back then, I didn't think to ask how to order vegan pizza at Pizza Hut. But now, I'm on an adventure to satisfy my plant-based cravings for pizza! They don't yet have vegan cheese, but you can still load your pizza up with delicious crust, sauces and as many veggies as you want.

Vegan Crust Flavor
Butter Blend is vegan by accident! Other options are limited in this category:

NOT Vegan at Pizza Hut
If you want to avoid cheese, don't order any of the following: Flavored crusts, except for the Buttery Blend (which does not contain butter), desserts other than fried apple pie, cinnamon sticks, pasta dishes or garlic knots.
Add Your Own Toppings
Add your favorite toppings to your pizza! You can add your favorite toppings to the pizza you are taking home. Here are some ideas:
- If you want to make a pizza that is cheesy, then you will need your own cheese. Add vegan cheese shreds, or slices of Miyoko’s mozzarella to the pizza and bake it at home. The vegan cheese can be melted by broiling the pizza briefly.
- Pizza Hut offers a good selection of vegetables, but your favorite may not be on the list. You can also try grilled asparagus, sun-dried tomato or marinated artichoke heart.
- Baby greens and herbs are great for vitamins and minerals. If spinach isn't your thing, try sweet basil, spicy microgreens or curly kale.
- Add your favorite vegan meats. Vegan pepperoni, vegan sausages or even vegan bacon bits would be delicious!

Help Create a More Compassionate Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut's Italian Sausage has been a success, and it is only a question of time until they also choose vegan cheese. Pizza Hut must step up their game to keep pace with the other big pizza chains. We can still contact managers at any of the locations by writing, calling, or emailing them.
Not only would Miyoko's vegan cheese be fantastic, but also a few sides other than fries. It would be great to have some other sides than fries. We would love to have a side salad, some plant-based dips or even a dessert.
What to order vegan at other fast food chains
- Papa Murphy's
- Dominos
- Dunkin' Donuts
- Papa John's

Frequently Asked Questions
How Can a Plant-Based Diet Boost Your Health?
There are many health benefits to a plant-based diet. There is a link between eating more plant-based foods, and less animal products, and a lower risk of developing certain chronic diseases, such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, or certain types of cancer. Plant-based foods are rich in vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. They can also help prevent inflammation and oxidative harm. A high intake of fruits, vegetables and legumes has been proven to have many benefits. The dietary fiber helps feed the gut bacteria and improves digestion. Saturated fats in plant-based meal plans can be reduced, which could help to lower cholesterol levels. Studies show that a plant based diet may reduce anxiety and depression symptoms. A combination of plant-based protein and healthy fats such as nuts or avocados can help you feel fuller for longer periods between meals.
Is it hard to shift to a plant-based lifestyle?
You may find it intimidating to make the transition to a plantbased diet. You can make small adjustments to your diet to make it easier to transition to a plant-based lifestyle. Since each person's needs are unique, tailoring the transition to one's specific lifestyle is important. You can make the transition easier by focusing on whole foods over processed foods. This ensures that you are getting enough of essential vitamins and minerals as well as macronutrients. It's also a good idea to make meals that you enjoy eating and satisfy your dietary requirements.
The best way to help someone transition to a plant based lifestyle is to build a support network of friends, family members, and certified medical professionals. You can also try new recipes to add variety and excitement. There are many delicious vegan options available so no one will feel bored or deprived. It is important to slowly change while being mindful of your daily nutrient intake in order to make a plant-based transition.
Can a Plant-Based Diet Help You Lose Weight?
Yes, eating a plant based diet can help you lose weight. It is possible to get enough volume from eating a variety fruit and vegetable, legumes, fruits, nuts, seeds, and other protein-rich plants without adding any extra calories. A well-rounded vegan meal plan is usually low in saturated fat and cholesterol-containing foods like red meat and processed snacks that tend to add weight instead of take it away. Additionally, research shows that following a plant-based diet may help boost metabolism and lower some risk factors for obesity, such as inflammation. Healthy ingredients rich in fiber can help you lose weight while providing essential vitamins and minerals your body requires.
Can I eat eggs while following a plant-based lifestyle?
A plant-based diet does not allow eggs. This diet completely eliminates any animal products like meat, poultry, fish, or eggs. There are many vegan options for traditional egg-centric dishes that have the same flavor and texture as eggs, but they don't rely on animal products. Tofu scrambles, omelets, and chickpea flour are excellent breakfast dishes that look and feel like eggs. However, they also contain plant-based proteins. You can use aquafaba (the liquid found inside a can chickpeas) to substitute eggs for vegan egg whites when making meringues. Flaxseed meal/chia seeds, or water substituted for one egg can help preserve non-vegan recipe without compromising the taste.

How To
How do you meal prep for a plant-based diet
Plant-based meal prep makes it easy to prepare healthy and balanced vegan meals in advance. It takes planning and preparation but can help you save time and encourage healthier eating habits. Preparing plant-based meals ahead of time makes it easier for you to keep to your diet. You can have the food ready to go when you're hungry. Also, you can save time and make it easier to exercise or relax by not having the food prepared from scratch each day.
It is important to prioritize variety and focus on whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables and nuts. This will make it easier to prepare plant-based meals. You can get better nutrition by choosing different ingredients with different colors. For example, you could use spinach for greens, orange/red carrots for orange/reds, or brown rice to make complex carbohydrates. A balance of fiber, protein and some fats should be the aim with each meal, depending on the individual's needs.
For meal prep efficiency optimization, you can use a multi-cooker or slow-cooker to cook multiple ingredients at once. Pre-cut vegetables are also useful.
You can easily prepare meals for a plant diet by following these simple steps. Create a grocery plan based upon the recipes you intend to prepare. For fresh produce and quality ingredients, it is a good idea to shop at your local farmer's market or health food store if you can. It's also important to allow enough time for food preparation. This will save you both time and money. Food stays fresher longer if it's stored properly.
The best thing about plant-based meal preparation is that it allows one to eat healthy no matter how busy their life becomes. Individuals can achieve their nutritional goals by taking the guesswork away from healthy eating.
