What can you do to replace meat in a plant-based diet.
Ingenious vegan substitutes can replace meat in a plant-based diet. Tofu and seitan (wheat Gluten), tempeh or fermented soybeans can mimic traditional meats. Vegetarian burgers made of black beans, quinoa and other legumes can be just as tasty as traditional beef burgers.
