What is vegan at Shake Shack? You can find some vegan options at Shake Shack, but some will require some alterations.

Even though there's only one flavour of custard, or a shake available, it's still a good thing that they offer a vegan version! Both are now available in all 50 states:
- Shake Shack has recently collaborated to create dairy-free chocolate custard by using NotCo's dairy-identical, vegan milk called Not Milk.
- Non-Dairy Chocolate shake - Now you can enjoy a delicious chocolate shake! This shake is made with Not Milk to give you a real shake experience.

Add some vegan toppings to your dishes for a more delicious flavor. All the toppings listed below are vegan. Some of them are healthy too!

- Buns- Both the hot dog bun and the potato buns contain milk or eggs.
- Crispy Scallions This topping is made from milk.
- Floats_ All floats are made with dairy milk and eggs.
- Frozen Custard This frozen dessert contains dairy and eggs, unless you order the non-dairy version.
- Garden Dog -- Sadly, it is made from milk.
- Sauces- Buffalo (contains dairy), mayo (also contains eggs and dairy), honey mustard.
- Shack Sauce - Contains eggs.
- Shakes All flavors contain milk and eggs, except for Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake.
- "Shroom Burger" - Vegetarian but not vegan. The mushroom patty is fried with two types of cheese. The bun contains dairy, eggs and other ingredients.
Shake Shack Vegan Question and Answer
The Shroom Burger does not contain any vegan ingredients. The patty consists of two types of cheese mixed with mushrooms, before being deep-fried. This burger is a great choice for vegetarians.
There are no halal food options for non-vegans in the United States. If you are from the UK, Turkey or the Middle East then there are some options for you.
