Beans, lentils (tofu), and nuts are good options for this. Iron is necessary for healthy blood cells and can be found in leafy greens, beans, and fortified cereals. Fortified plant milk, calciumset tofu and leafy leaves contain sufficient calcium for healthy bones. Vitamin D is essential for bone health.
