4 Ingredient Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies

This recipe is super simple and offers a delicious cookie experience with low carbs. This recipe uses almond butter as a source of healthy fats, protein and fiber, while almond flour is a low carb alternative to wheat flour. Yields twelve servings of four ingredient chocolate almond butter cookies

Preparation

  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 2/3 cup allulose
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Low-carb Chocolate Chips

The Execution

1. Prepare all ingredients. Heat oven to 350F.

2. Add the egg, almond butter and allulose to a large bowl. Mix well.

3. After the batter has been combined, fold the chocolate chips in.

4. The dough should be formed into 12 small balls and then placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, press the dough balls into a cookie-shaped shape and bake for 10-12 mins or until the edges turn golden brown.

5. Let it cook for a couple of minutes, then enjoy!
