4 Weeks of Health, Bliss & Peace

What's the most overrated thing? Holiday stress. Rushing about. Feeling too stressed, unwell, and busy. It's time for a reset. Replace December with four weeks of health, peace, and bliss.

It sounds impossible.

It can be challenging. It's a common marketing strategy. Money, gifts and more are the main focus.

You can change that. This month, you can be healthy, peaceful and blissful. Here's how:

4 weeks of health, bliss & peace

1. Focus on Health First:

Maintain a Health-Focused Mentality: You can still enjoy four weeks of good health in December by following a healthy diet and lifestyle. How? Remember that "the Holiday Season" really is only a few Holiday Days. On those days when you are with family and friends, live a bit.

Continue to practice your healthy habits on the other days. If you have a consistent and healthy lifestyle, then it will make any cheat days much more enjoyable.

Healthy Holiday Food:On days other than holidays, follow the Beyond Keto diet. Consume plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. Concentrate on extra virgin olive oils, seafood, avocados and greens. The whole plan can be found here.

Get Outdoors and Stay Active:It feels good to be outside, even in the cold weather! Make walking a regular habit. Find other outdoor activities that you enjoy. Even a brief outdoor activity can improve mood and mental well-being.

Don’t Quit Health It is easy to see December as the month when you can give up on your health goals. You're letting yourself down because the New Year is around the corner. This mindset is harmful in two ways:

  • In just a few short weeks, "letting go" can ruin all your hard work to lose weight or become healthier.
  • Two, those who enter the New Year with healthy habits are more likely to achieve their New Year's resolutions than those who "quite" in December and try to get back into it in January.

A healthy December will help you finish the year strong!

2. Embody a peaceful spirit:

Practice gratitude:Look back on the past year and consider all that you are grateful for. Remember your loved ones, friends and family, life lessons, experiences and love. You can meditate on God's gifts to you.

Write them down. You might keep a gratitude diary. You might like to remember things you are grateful for. Focusing on gratitude can be a great way to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas and move forward. It can improve mental health and decrease stress, cortisol, and other hormones (2). It also helps reduce the risk for depression and chronic diseases such as metabolic syndrome (3). Gratitude can bring peace to both our bodies and minds!

Sleep more: Adequate rest promotes mental and physical peace. Many studies have shown that sleep is essential for brain health, immune function and fighting chronic diseases. The majority of experts agree that at least six hours of quality sleep is needed per night. Ideally, you should get 8-9 hours. This month, make sleep a top priority.

Stress less:Next up, Divine Health Stress-Less Drops. Divine Health's amazing formula uses the body's "stress reduction" parasympathetic nervous system to promote calm moods and clarity, as well as healthy energy pathways. It also encourages better sleep and balance. It's actually made from liquid ionic traces minerals in distilled waters that include 85 trace mineral harvested with care at Utah's Great Salt Lake.

Divine Health Stress Less drops also contain a large amount of magnesium. Magnesium, which is essential for every cell in the body, is involved in more than 300 reactions per day. It has a direct impact on energy production, sleep and hormone balance.

Last but not least, enjoy the bliss:

Choose optimism: Even though it is not your natural tendency to be optimistic, you can choose to do so and increase your bliss. God has provided us with a simple way to achieve longevity, good health and happiness. It's optimism. Studies show that increased optimism can actually lead to a longer life span for both men and woman. Optimistic people are happier and healthier, with lower levels of depression and stress.

You can learn to be more optimistic, even if you're a pessimist by nature. According to studies, approximately 25% of our optimism is genetic (9), with the remaining 75% being influenced by our attitude and choices. The same studies have shown that we can develop habits of optimism with just two weeks of intervention through prayer, gratitude, meditation, journaling and gratitude(10). This month, celebrate a positive outlook!

Focus On People:Despite all the attention on material goods at this time of year you can choose focus on people and relationships. Slow down for a while to enjoy the moment. Do not rush. Focus on the people, not the material. Let others around you bring joy, not gifts!

Jesus is the reason for the season: What's the best way to feel joy in December? Jesus is the focus. Focus on Jesus' birth, his life, his sacrifice, forgiveness and promises. Nothing in this world can compare to Him. You can find joy, forgiveness and new life in Him, no matter what is happening in your own life.

Praise: Do you want more happiness and joy in your life? Pray. Connect with God. Daily prayer and praying throughout the day can help you overcome any problem. Prayer is an amazing gift to your spiritual health. It is believed that prayer increases the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine. These compounds reduce cortisol and promote relaxation, joy, concentration, and motivation.

Bottom Line

Turn December into a month of peace, joy, and health. Let's make it a habit to end the year with calm bliss, rather than stress. You can use December to maintain healthy habits that will carry you through the next year. This year, don't let health and peace go. Slow down and take in the peaceful atmosphere of this time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the average time it takes to lose weight using lazy keto?

It can be hard to determine how long it takes for a lazy keto plan to lose weight. There are many factors which influence the success of the diet. It won't be the exact same for everyone. It depends on individual lifestyle, goals, and adherence to this type of diet.

Studies suggest that after about two weeks, you might see a consistent decrease in body weight. You might notice a decrease in body weight after about two weeks. However, it is possible for factors like your caloric intake or body composition to cause inconsistencies. It is best to stick with the plan and keep track of your progress over a longer period.

If you aren't a regular exerciser, don't worry. The majority of people who follow this plan can expect to lose at least some weight within the first few weeks. If you exercise regularly and eat healthy, you may see noticeable results in seven days.

Consistency is key when trying any lifestyle change, like maintaining a healthy diet or starting an exercise regimen; it will help you reach your goals faster if done consistently and correctly according to relevant nutritional requirements for your body type and metabolism rate. With dedication, knowledge, and hard work, significant results from trying programs like lazy keto should appear quickly.

What is lazy keto vs keto?

Gauging the difference between lazy keto and keto is key to understanding which one fits your lifestyle and health needs. The traditional ketogenic diet is higher in fats and moderate in protein, but lower in carbs. This can help with weight loss, energy regulation, mental clarity, and other benefits. Lazy keto is a more accessible option that allows for a limited intake of carbs.

Contrary, lazy keto doesn't pay much attention to exact macronutrient tracking. Instead it emphasizes a simple lower-carb model that includes fewer restrictions on food choices while still reaping all the benefits of traditional keto diets, such as weight loss and better appetite control. It is often used as a starting point for people who are new to keto.

Keto can take hours of research to find the right recipes and measure macro-nutrients when you prepare meals. While this process can be time-consuming, it is very effective. Carb intake will become more restricted as fat consumption rises. The lazy keto approach is, however, less rigorous than its name. Instead of requiring careful calculations at every meal, lazy keto encourages simple low-carb eating that doesn't involve as much calculation.

In short, the traditional ketogenic diets offer intensive but high-quality results. The lazy keto diet offers an alternative option for those who can't commit to a consistent diet plan.

Can I drink alcohol on a keto diet?

You can be mindful of what you cannot do while adhering to the ketogenic diet. And consuming alcoholic drinks is undoubtedly something that needs careful consideration.

The short answer is that it all depends. Some alcoholic drinks may not be keto-friendly. It is dependent on factors like sugar levels, carbohydrate content, and even type of alcohol that a drink's consumption will have an effect on how much you are able to consume.

Make sure you choose carefully and realize that even though an alcohol beverage does not contain visible carbs, this doesn't mean that it is compatible with the keto lifestyle. In fact, it could still raise your blood sugar. You should also consider other aspects, such as the calorie content, before you make your decision.

Moderation is crucial when you are drinking alcohol on a diet low in carbs to maximize its benefits and avoid any potential drawbacks that could affect your fitness or weight loss goals.

Informed decisions make for better decisions. So ensure you always pay close attention to all details before reaching for a low-carb drink.

Are I really going to need a Keto Food List or not?

Is it necessary to have a keto food menu? Your keto journey should include a food list. The key to reaping the benefits of the ketogenic diet is eating high-fat, low carb foods. There are so many foods and recipes that offer different amounts of carbs, it can be hard to choose the right fuel for your goals.

You can plan your meals easier by knowing which foods you are allowed to eat on this diet. A keto food checklist simplifies the process by giving information about what you should consume and some suggestions on how to prepare them. It is also a quick reference guide that you can use to get to the grocery or restaurant.

A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle can increase weight loss while maintaining wellness. To reach ketosis, you need to eat 12-15% protein and 15-30% fat. The main goal of the meal is to provide optimal nutrition while providing minimal carbs.

You can use this list to help guide you in your transition towards healthier eating habits that will improve your well-being and make it easier for you to live a more meaningful life. By taking advantage of this helpful resource, you're one step closer to achieving your lifestyle objectives.

Statistics

  • It typically contains 70% fat, 20% protein, and only 10% carbs (9Trusted (healthline.com)
  • The ratio is often 60% fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs. (healthline.com)
  • Fats should replace the majority of cut carbs and deliver approximately 60–80% of your total caloric intake. (healthline.com)
  • But, a 1-ounce slice of cheese delivers about 30% of the Daily Value for saturated fat, so if you're worried about heart disease, consider portion size when eating cheese. (eatingwell.com)

How To

How to determine if the Ketogenic Diet is right for you

Understanding the power of your diet starts with exploring potential benefits. You can have a better mental and physical well-being, as well as a healthier body.

One possible solution is the ketogenic diet. But how can you tell if it's working or not? You need to know how this diet is affecting your lifestyle and health.

It is possible to track your reactions after following the diet plan. Take a look at how much energy and time you have each day. Does it feel like you are eating more? Has your digestion improved? Does your sleep quality improve or decrease? Does one activity cause discomfort or increase?

These are all important points to remember. Consider what outstanding issues need addressing and track those particular points as a priority - see if there are improvements over time according to your individual needs. Also, track any metabolic changes, such cholesterol and blood sugar levels. This can give you an indication if the ketogenic program is working for you.

You should also check on your body composition. Is there any change in fat loss, muscle gain, or both? If progress appears slow initially yet steadily improves over time, then chances are good the ketogenic diet is benefiting you in many ways.
