Since a long time, I've wanted to create a comprehensive Keto grocery list. Due to COVID-19, and the limited supply of supplies available, I decided to go a step further.

We will give you a list with a lot of keto-friendly groceries. Also, we will add a list with suppliers and distributors of keto products that still ship or deliver across Australia.
